I get that life is messy, and that none of us is perfect, nor is that the goal. This is about learning to take back the space you need in your life, so you can feel joy and excitement - and get things done. I know it’s possible because I’ve done it myself.
I work with people who look like they have it all, who are realising that making everything run smoothly for everyone else is exhausting. And, while you get a lot done, you’re not prioritising the things that really matter to you, including yourself.
By working together, we will explore the practicalities and logistics, as well as the patterns and emotions that got and keep you where you are. Then, we can explore practical options for change. You may not be able to quit your job or abdicate responsibility for folx in your life, but you can make choices about how those things work.
I am happily obsessed with learning new things, about human behaviour - no surprise there - recent and ancient history, art, biographies and everything in between. I have two ridiculous frenchies who remind me to laugh every day and who sometimes get into my art supplies to gnaw on paintbrushes or canvas corners with gusto.
